I get asked all the the time where lymph goes💧

When we are supporting your lymphatic system during a treatment, your lymphatic system eventually returns the fluid back into the bloodstream through the lymphatic ducts near the collarbone.

From there, it re-enters circulation + your body continues to filter and processes it just like any other fluid.

The heart circulates it.
The kidneys filter it.
And eventually, it leaves the body through urination.

Your lymphatic system is a major part of how your body continuously moves and recycles fluid.

Drinking lots of water post treatment is the best way to support circulation and kidney function so your body can continue processing that fluid naturally.
