💚 Feeling overwhelmed by holiday expectations? You’re not alone.
I once worked with a family navigating the holiday anxiety. Their 🗓️ calendar was packed, emotions were high, and the magic they were chasing felt impossible to find.
Their breakthrough came when they focused on one 🌲tradition that truly brought them joy—one rooted in the parents’ values.
Simplifying wasn’t easy; it meant setting boundaries and explaining their decisions. But it eased stress and brought connection, creating space for calm and joy instead of chaos.
What’s one way you can simplify your holiday season this year?
Feel like you’re the one holding everything together?
It’s common for those who were under-mothered to feel responsible for everyone and everything, often pushing themselves to the limit.
But here’s a gentle reminder: you can’t be a superhero!
When burnout hits, it’s more than just exhaustion; it’s a sign you need to pause. Recognizing this can be a compassionate step toward mothering yourself in the ways you were not mothered.
It’s perfectly okay to take a break and reconnect with yourself (despite that inner voice telling you not to).
This week, schedule some downtime doing something your younger self would have loved, free from over-responsibility. Whether it's a quiet walk, a cozy reading session, or simply enjoying some stillness, give yourself permission to recharge.
Curious about how under-mothering can impact your well-being?

🌱 You might have been under-mothered if…
Feeling like you’re always running on empty? You may struggle with self-worth or feel overwhelmed. These feelings often stem from childhood experiences where nurturing was missing. You might question your value, take on too much, or find it hard to trust others.
✨ Why is this important? Recognizing these signs can help you break free from old patterns and learn to care for yourself in healthier ways.

A lot of us think being hard on ourselves is the key to getting ahead, but here’s the real deal—self-compassion is actually way more powerful.
We tell our clients all the time: being kind to yourself is super important for real growth.
As Brene Brown says, “Owning our story and loving ourselves through that process is the bravest thing we’ll ever do.”
So how do you do it? Here’s a simple 3-step process:
1. **Notice**: Pay attention when you’re being too hard on yourself.
2. **Pause**: Take a deep breath and stop the negative talk.
3. **Be Kind**: Talk to yourself like you would to a good friend.
That’s it. When you start treating yourself with the same kindness you show others, you’ll break free from the cycle of self-criticism. This doesn’t just boost your mental health—it makes you more resilient and happier.
Self-compassion isn’t about pretending everything’s perfect. It’s about recognizing that everyone messes up sometimes and being okay with that.

THIS SATURDAY join our 🌳Forest Sound Bath Retreat. You can harmonize your body and mind with the integration of 432 HZ crystal singing bowls and the natural symphony of the forest.
What to Expect:
🏕️Nestled among the trees, participants will be guided to find a comfortable position, either lying down on a mat or sitting comfortably. As the session begins, the resonant tones of crystal singing bowls will gently fill the air, blending seamlessly with the ambient sounds of nature – the 🍃rustling leaves, 🐦⬛birdsong, and the whisper of the 🌬️wind.
THIS IS FOR YOU IF YOU WANT:
😌Regulation and ⚖️Balance: The harmonious frequencies of the crystal singing bowls can help to regulate and balance the autonomic nervous system, promoting a state of calm and reducing the effects of chronic stress.
✨Deep Relaxation: The soothing sounds induce a meditative state, encouraging the relaxation response in the body, which can lower heart rate, reduce blood pressure, and diminish the levels of stress hormones.
🪄Enhanced Mindfulness: The combination of the sound bath and the natural environment heightens sensory awareness and mindfulness, fostering a deeper connection to the present moment and the surrounding nature.

Here are 3 excuses you can use to attend one of our retreats (so you can slow down).
Sure, there are countless reasons why you might think you shouldn’t take time away from your 📤 busy life and family to attend a retreat.
📋 The never-ending to-do lists, the constant juggle between work and home, the feeling that your presence is indispensable—these are all valid concerns.
But remember, taking a moment for 🧘🏼♀️ yourself is not just beneficial; it’s essential. When you step away to recharge, you return stronger, more focused, and more present for those who depend on you.
So, let’s turn those reasons into ✨motivations and give yourself the gift of relaxation! 🌿✨
1️⃣ You need some ‘me time’ to recharge and refocus.
2️⃣ Slowing down now means you can speed up later without burning out.
3️⃣ If not now, when? Your peace of mind can’t wait any longer.
Come join us and give yourself the gift of relaxation! 🌿✨
As someone with neurodivergence and PTSD, I’ve struggled with many mainstream healing methods.
It’s often hard to quiet my mind, making me feel like I was falling short or not trying hard enough.
However, I’ve always found solace in the outdoors, where the sensory experience brings both stimulation and relaxation.
Discovering the art of the forest and its grounding and nourishing experiences has been a game-changer for me.
I’m thrilled to provide guided forest therapy to others and a more accessible path to self-discovery and connection with the world around us.
