Parenthood is a journey that starts from the moment you find out you are expecting and never greally ends. This six-week prenatal yoga session is intended to bring together a dynamic group of parents to be, focusing on yoga to calm, create inner awareness, and
nurture in a supportive group setting.

𝗬𝗢𝗚𝗔 - 𝗠𝗢𝗩𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧 - 𝗠𝗜𝗡𝗗𝗙𝗨𝗟𝗡𝗘𝗦𝗦 - 𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗠𝗨𝗡𝗜𝗧𝗬

One class will include an exclusive session with a birth doula and motherhood mentor, practicing modern holistics with expertise as a babywearing educator. Grace Pastuck

Yoga sessions will be led by Heidi, mother of two daughters and GG in training. Heidi has a passion for yoga and creating new friendships and community for new parents to be.

No previous yoga experience is required.

What to Expect:
    •    Mindful yoga movement to nurture a body that is developing to support two.
    •    Breathwork & meditation tools for a calm birth experience.
    •    Pelvic floor awareness.
    •    Anatomical labour positions.
    •    Yoga and calming tips for when you feel overwhelmed or stressed.
    •    Connection and a sense of community with other parents-to-be.
    •    Inner connection - learn to listen to and trust your body.
    •    Yoga poses and modifications to support the needs of different trimesters.

Hello, beautiful community! ✨🌿

My name is Savannah and I’m excited to reintroduce myself as the sole owner of Hōm Yoga and Fitness Studio.

I live here in our lovely community of Leduc. I love to travel and hike in the mountains (even though I definitely struggle while doing it) but I also like to be cozy at home with my two cats 🐈🐈‍⬛. My favourite things in the world are holidays (especially Christmas) and it’s almost my favourite season! 🍂

As the leaves begin to change and fall approaches, it’s the perfect time to embrace new beginnings. I understand that the past may have brought challenges, but I want to assure you that changes are happening—and they’re all about YOU.

Expect new classes, new membership options (with more perks) and a renewed focus on community, communication and care. Your experience at Hōm is my priority, and I can’t wait to grow alongside you as we embark on this next chapter together.

Welcome to “Purrfect Zen: Kitten Yoga”! Stretch, breathe, and find your inner peace while adorable kittens meow-tivate you through your practice. Whether you’re a yogi-cat or a curious kitten, this class is designed to be paws-itively relaxing and fun.

Expect plenty of purr-sonal attention from our furry friends as you flow through poses like “Downward-Facing Cat” and “Cat-Cow” led by our wonderful Robin
