Ready to dance, sweat, and smile? Join me for high-energy Zumba® classes at École Leduc Junior High. Whether you’ve joined before or a first-timer, everyone’s welcome! Doors open at 7:30pm, and the class starts shortly after.

After nearly 12 years as a trainer here in Leduc, I’m leaning fully into what I believe in most — movement together. 💃🕺

Starting January 22, I’m bringing the focus to group Zumba + dance classes because wellness doesn’t have to be intimidating or lonely.
It gets to be joyful, social, sweaty, and FUN.

Hot weather makes cooking a chore. Try quick no-cook meals like wraps, grain bowls, and smoothies.

Tip: Costco or Co-op Rotisserie chicken + pre-washed greens = lifesaver.

Half the year is gone. Wild, right? Instead of beating yourself up, let’s reassess. What’s working? What’s not? What’s realistic for July–December? Small changes now = big energy later.

Feeling low energy, cranky, or foggy? Might be dehydration. Aim for at least 2L a day — more if you’re sweating lots. Add fruit or mint to make it more fun. 🧊💦 What’s your fave way to stay hydrated?

Thinking about running but don’t know where to start? Run-walk intervals are the key.

Start with 1 min jog,
2 min walk.
Repeat x5.

That’s it. You don’t need fancy gear or long routes — Leduc walking paths or Edmonton’s river valley are perfect.
