Balancing what matters in Leduc’s next Land Use Bylaw

Thank you to all who participate in the first round of community engagement. We heard you: residents want green space protected, neighbourhood character respected, and parking pressures managed—while industry is asking for clear, flexible rules that support housing choice and affordability. The goal of the renewed bylaw will be to balance these perspectives with technical studies, analysis, and best practices in land use plan so growth is thoughtful and predictable. The first draft is coming April 2026. Read the What We Heard reports and stay involved: https://pulse.ly/c0llzqlqwt

We are proud to celebrate and invest in the bright futures of Leduc’s outstanding young citizens, and believe it’s important to inspire and empower positive, community-minded behaviours in youth across our city. Last year, we recognized two individuals, Jerome and Saxony, as and celebrated them and their achievements at VolunteerFest in September.
