Our community has grown significantly in recent years and with that comes the need to make long-term plans. One of the ways we can do that is through annexation, which helps ensure we have the land we need to grow while planning services and infrastructure in a coordinated way.

❗ A seasonal parking ban is in effect for all collector roads. ❗

Collector roads have year-round signage, and will also have temporary signs, without dates, posted in the area. Please move your vehicle by 5 a.m. to allow room for our crews to efficiently clear the snow. Street parking may resume once snow and windrows have been removed. Snow removal is top of mind for many residents, and we appreciate everyone’s patience. Crews are currently clearing windrows on arterial roads and in school zones to help ensure safe travel before students return next week.

Starting Monday, Jan. 5 snow removal will begin on collector roads. A parking ban will be announced at least 48 hours in advance, and crews will also start clearing snow buildup in laneways. Once collector roads are complete, crews will plan snow removal on residential roads.

Please note that schedules may change due to significant weather conditions. For updates and schedules, visit www.leduc.ca/snow
