Old programs the ego learned to keep you safe, accepted, in control.

Change always has a way of finding us…
sometimes as a whisper, sometimes as a wave, and sometimes as a tsunami.

When we resist it,
it can feel heavy… uncomfortable… even overwhelming.
Like we are being pulled somewhere we’re not ready to go.
We can often think why is this happening to me?
We can feel powerless in the midst of what is happening.

But the moment we let go and soften…
the moment we choose to meet change instead of fight it…
something shifts.

Change becomes powerful.
It becomes a doorway.
It becomes a return to ourselves.

You feel more powerful in what is happening when you walk with it.

Deep down you know this is happening for you.

Hi friends,

I hope you are well and holding steady in this wild and absolutely magnificent time we are in in the world.

I wanted to reach out and share what is coming for 2026.

Part of my own journey has been letting go of the system and moving more into the private.

I feel my next calling is to do that with my business. I have been called for so long to step in to coaching. I have resisted it for a few years now.
I feel in many ways I was still prepping myself.

Well that time feels like it is now.

With so much changing in the world so quickly and the next wave of people questioning and seeing something letting is off in the world I am being pulled over once of service to help guide the next wave to remember who they are and that no, you are not crazy, you are waking up.

I will not be renewing my registration for Massage therapy and my last day to do direct billing will be January 12th, 2026.

I do not have everything figured out yet I am just taking the steps following my guidance of my intuition and may be offering massage services part time either from my home or maybe where I am now if that will work out.

I will keep you in the loop should you want to continue seeing me for massage without direct billing or benefits.

And of you find yourself needing some assistance in your awakening journey I am here to support that online or in person.

The last 8 yrs has been such an grand learning experience for me and I have been so blessed meeting so many beautiful, amazing souls and created some really great connections and so grateful to you for your support to my business and if you have been here the whole 8 yrs you have been through a few changes with me.
