Book now for a Yin Yoga Workshop at Leduc Recreation Centre.

🙏 As Yin is a passive and transformative type of Yoga, it asks us as Yogis to hold poses from one to five minutes. Withholding these poses longer allows strengthening, lengthening and therapeutic release to joints, ligaments and connective tissue. As you tune out of the daily routine, you focus on slowing down and listening to your body.

In addition, Yin also provides the opportunity to use mindfulness not only on the mat and also in everyday life.

✔️ Please bring your Yoga mat. Recommend layering clothing and bringing a blanket.
