📣 Want to try something new for Mother’s Day? Want to have some peace, calm and relaxation for a couple hours?

🧘‍♂️Join us for the Yin Yoga Celebrating Mother’s Day Workshop!🧘‍♂️

To all the Moms, Grandmoms, Foster Moms, Stepmoms, Mother Figures, Moms of kids of four legs, guys doing the Mom and Dad jobs, Friends, Work out Buddies, please treat yourself &/or share your gift with someone.

As Yin is a passive and transformative type of Yoga, it asks us as Yogis to hold poses from one to five minutes. With holding these poses longer, allows strengthening, lengthening and therapeutic release to joints, ligaments and connective tissue. As you tune out of the daily routine, you focus on slowing down and listening to your body. In addition, Yin also provides the opportunity to use mindfulness not only on the mat and also in everyday life.

☑️ Please bring your Yoga mat. Recommend layering clothing and bringing a blankets.
