Cupping massage is a traditional therapy that creates a vacuum on the skin with cups to promote healing, relieve pain, and improve circulation.

What are the benefits of cupping?
The benefits are increased circulation, muscle tension relief, potential pain reduction, improved lymphatic drainage to aid detoxification, and promotion of a sense of relaxation and well-being.

Is it painful?
No but you may feel a tightening sensation, but it usually eases up quickly. You may see round, bruise-like marks after a session, which are caused by broken capillaries, not broken skin. The marks typically begin to fade within a few days.
