Welcome December! I thought it was time to pop on here and give a little update on what’s been going on.
It’s been a whirlwind for the last month as I’ve navigated a change in my practice and location. I’ve learned to become more like water and “just flow with it”. I’m still in limbo, but the rhythm is good.
So, starting January I will be in my new (but old) location hopefully for while. For my loyal clients, you will remember when I practiced with Heather of , well I will be returning there. I’m excited to be back at this location as I called it home for 4 years. Also in January I will be increasing my rates. Let me explain what this will look like. With my treatments, I offer a full spectrum practice. I treat your body and offer a safe place for your emotional being.
Whatever I am trained in, you will receive. I do not change extra for anything. I offer cupping, guasha, deep tissue massage, trigger point work, stretching, strengthening and now K-taping. I know that rate increases are tough, I don’t like them myself, but I also have 15+ years of body work experience that sets me above many. My patients are and always have been my priority.
I believe in transparency, so i will add my updated rates below. I want to thank you for your continued support and trusting me.
GST will be added to all rates:
60 minutes $100
90 minutes $150
120 minutes $195
30 minutes $57.50
45 minutes $80
75 minutes $125
