Happy Holidays from your Lemberg Medical First Responders! 🎄

As we celebrate this holiday season, we want to extend our warmest wishes to you and your loved ones. While we remain vigilant 24/7 to keep our community safe, we hope you'll take time to enjoy peaceful celebrations with those who matter most.

This past year, we've been honored to serve and protect our community through every emergency, big and small. Your trust and support mean the world to us.

Remember during this festive season:• Keep emergency exits clear when decorating• Have a designated driver for holiday celebrations• Keep medications and emergency contacts handy while traveling• Check on elderly neighbors during cold weather• Keep your phones charged and emergency kits updated

Dehydration happens when your child loses more fluids than they take in, often from illness, vomiting, diarrhea, or not drinking enough.

Signs include dry mouth, few wet diapers, dizziness, sunken eyes, or lethargy.

Remember: Encourage small, frequent sips of water or an oral rehydration solution and seek medical attention if symptoms worsen or don’t improve.
