Earlier this week I had the pleasure of hosting the last session of our Prenatal Yoga Workshop 🫃🧘‍♀️

and I had a wonderful time putting it together and made it that much more special!

It was an incredible, empowering experience ✨️ I learned so much about pregnancy, birth, and how different the journey is for each person.

A huge thank you to everyone involved ❤️

We're one week away and I'm so excited!!

Next Monday and I will be spreading awareness on family violence prevention. We'll also be sending all donations from attending class right to to assist in their great programs!

If you and/or anyone you know is able to come, we would really appreciate the support! 🤍

All classes are beginner friendly open to all levels of yoga practitioners! Please bring some comfortable clothes, a water bottle, and yoga mat (if you have one). Our beautiful studio has extra mats and all the props we need.

I'm so happy I was finally able to do some recording in this gorgeous studio!

I absolutely love teaching and practicing in this space at 4 Elements Massage Clinic 🥰
It's tall windows and ceiling create a wonderful atmosphere that's perfect for yoga of all kinds 🧘‍♀️✨️

So honored to be teaching a class for Pop Up Community Yoga!! Come flow with me on April 26th 🧘‍♀️

Drop in's warmly welcome or feel free to pre-register on the website (link in bio).

All classes and Women's Circle featured are on a pay what you can basis (suggested $5-$10/students, $5-$15 general).

Final note - We'll aim to move our Sunday classes outdoors to Henderson beginning late May + we'll keep you posted/you'll be the first to know.
