Phew!! Home stretch before the Christmas break!! Please note that the office will be CLOSED from December 23 through January 1 and we will return on Tuesday, January 2 at 10:00 a.m. We would like to take this opportunity to wish all of our patients and their families a very Merry Christmas and a Happy and Joyous New Year!! Thank you so much for your continued support we look forward to seeing you in the new year!!

Wow!! It seems like it has been way longer than a hot minute since I updated our page!! SO...Parking for our building has changed. Clients can still park for FREE but ONLY in the designated spots. The signage for FREE spots will read: Hillmen Building. We apologize for any inconvenience this change causes clients but please remember this was not our decision. Thank you for your continued support!

Wow, Saturday already? Where did the week go? Just a reminder that starting June 1st there will be a $25.00 fee for all NO SHOW appointments. Please be courteous by calling to cancel appointments you are unable to attend as I build my schedule around when clients are booked. I appreciate your continued support have a fantastic weekend!!

Project: Warm hands and Toasty toes!!

Happy Friday!! Starting today (October 1) Helen Worthington Registered Massage Therapist and Takahashi Chiropractic will be collecting new socks and mitts/gloves for Streets Alive in Lethbridge. We will continue to collect until the end of November. You can simply drop them off at the office during your next visit or anytime during business hours. Please help us help the less fortunate in our community!!
