Meet our September Event Speakers:
Megan & Erin O’Toole
Financial Advisor | Performance Therapist | Coaches

Megan and Erin O’Toole are a powerhouse couple whose lives and careers have been shaped by a lifelong passion for sport; especially the game of hockey. Both elite athletes turned coaches, they’ve spent decades on the ice, not only chasing their own goals but also shaping the next generation of women leaders in sport and in life.

Co-head coaching together, they have built a hockey program grounded in resilience, leadership, and the belief that sport is one of the greatest classrooms for life. Their shared vision is clear: develop confident, capable women who lead with integrity, both on and off the ice.

Professionally, Megan is a Financial Advisor with IG Wealth Management, guiding clients toward building strong, secure financial futures with the same discipline and strategy she honed as an athlete. Erin is a Performance Therapist & Coach, specializing in mindset, leadership, and resilience for athletes, business owners, and high performers, helping clients reach their potential through intentional mental and emotional performance work.

Sport has been their compass; teaching them discipline, teamwork, and grit; and continues to drive them in their careers, their coaching, and their life together. Whether in the boardroom, the therapy room, or the dressing room, Megan and Erin lead with the lessons the game has given them: preparation matters, character counts, and success is built together.

This month, we’re shining a spotlight on someone who leads with passion, professionalism, and heart, Kristen Brown, our incredible Board President here at Southern Alberta Women in Business!

Kristen celebrated an incredible milestone this month, 21 years in real estate as of June 5th! 🏡

Over the past two decades, she’s built a thriving career grounded in integrity, hard work, and a true love for helping her clients. With licenses in residential, condominium, drayage, agriculture, and commercial real estate, Kristen brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to every deal and it shows.

She was recently named the #1 Agent in her brokerage for 2024! 🔥

But Kristen’s impact extends far beyond her career. She’s been a dedicated member of Southern Alberta Women in Business for 10 years, with 9 of those spent on our board. Her leadership, energy, and commitment to empowering women in business have helped shape our community into what it is today.

Whether she’s hosting an event, making meaningful connections at BNI, or guiding clients through big life decisions, Kristen gives her all, always.
