Crystal Spark has existed in pieces for a long time.
Since I was little, I was drawn to creating, organizing, and bringing order to spaces. I would run home just to rearrange my room — not out of obligation, but because it felt grounding.
As I grew older, that love showed up in different ways. I discovered massage, then energy work, and over the years found myself helping friends and family simplify not just their homes, but other areas of life too. Life pulled me in many directions, and my passions stayed quiet for a while.
Everything I’ve lived through eventually brought me back.
A few years ago, the idea of wellness coaching was gently placed in front of me — and something clicked. It reawakened my love for Reiki, organizing, and creating, eventually shaping the Crystal Spark Method and Planner. What began as The Crystal Bowl has since evolved into Crystal Spark.
This season, it found its voice.
Crystal Spark isn’t about fixing yourself or performing wellness.
It’s about simplicity, healing, and creating space — gently and at your own pace.
