Tune in this week for more mindfulness tips and tricks! Mindfulness is available at any given moment. A simple deep breath can help focus, regulate the nervous system, and allow yourself to be in the present moment. Mindfulness can help with many mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, perfectionism, eating disorders, etc. Try taking a short mindfulness break this week (5min) and notice how you feel.
