There are a lot of misconceptions about reflexology: 👣
• it’s voodoo-ish
• its painful
• anyone can offer it
• it’s just a ‘foot massage’
• it’s a fad
• only people with sore/tired feet will benefit from it

I’m here to tell you that:
• reflexology has major benefits on the body
• it’s more relaxing than you could imagine
• it had been in practiced in the West since the early 1900’s
• it’s not painful and is not meant to hurt
• practitioners must obtain a diploma in reflexology before they can practice

There is a lot more to reflexology than the general public is aware of. My goal is to help educate and inform you!
