When the movement becomes ecstatic then it is a dance. When the movement is so total there is no ego, then it is a dance. And you should know that dancing came into the world as a technique of meditation. The curious child.....that innocent fresh mind that wants to know how everything works. Always an incessant stream of questions bringing continuous learning and growth.
As adults...... when did we stop asking questions and learn to just accept things as they are?
What happens when we, as adults, bring in this element of childlike curiosity? How might that impact the way we view the world?

Join coaches Paula Smith and Bobbi Farrell as we explore these questions through meditation, dance and reflection.

Online zoom class this Friday. Nov 19th at 6:30pm. Bring a journal, water and dancing feet! right from the comfort of your home :)
