20 years ago marks the day Elements Physical Therapy & Acupuncture opened. We’d love to congratulate Dr. Wendy Takeda for creating a successful business, being an outstanding practitioner and an amazing leader. Wendy has been a huge support to the community and mentor to many.
We’d also like to celebrate Aingeal O’mahony-Guyn as someone whose been a major part of Elements for all these years. Aingeal and Wendy are such a joy to work with and have inspired those around them with their compassion & support.

Elements has much to celebrate this week as we have also been awarded Platinum under the Acupuncture section and Gold under the Physio section of Community Votes Lethbridge. Thank you so much to all of our patients, friends and family for continuing to support us. We are so grateful to all of you in our community!

The magic at Elements is in the laughter and giggles resonating through the halls, the beauty in the ikebana floral arrangements and the compassionate care of a full staff of women. Among us is mutual support and continual encouragement, all which extends out to our patients. We love to support women’s health through all stages of life, because we believe in building each other up.
