Traditional Pedicures are Now Available. $65.

My Traditional Pedicures are similar in setup to my Relaxation Pedicures:

Treatment Setting: Face-up on a massage bed, secured by a weighted blanket, in a dark room with candles, incense, and soft music.

The key difference is the focus. Unlike Relaxation Pedicures, which emphasize massage and extended pampering, Traditional Pedicures are centered around the completion of each step in the pedicure process. This means you're not tied to a set timeframe. your treatment is finished once every step is completed.

🧽Basic Cuticle and Callous Removal
🌙Nail Shaping and Restoring
🌪️Removal of Return Gel
💅Application of Polish or Gel

Xxena (pink headgear) had her Kickboxing Match Last Night. She Challenged herself, made some big improvements since her last Fight, she gave her best and never gave up. And Atlthough she did not win the match, she is very happy with her performance. She chooses to fight for fun, and to gain extra experience. If she wins that’s just an extra, but it’s not her main goal.

We are all very proud of her for her bravery, sportsmanship, and her ability to continue to do very hard things Regardless of Placing.

You know dang well that the moment I saw this, I knew I had to post it here 😂😂
The original name was posted as “Barbie's Pink Peach Mochi” but I think “Barbie’s Bootyhole” is much better name 😂😂😂

Ingredients:

1 cup sweet rice flour (mochiko)
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup water
Cornstarch (for dusting)
1 cup fresh peach slices, chopped
1/2 cup peach jam

Directions:

In a microwave-safe bowl, mix the sweet rice flour and sugar.
Gradually add water to the mixture, stirring until smooth.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and microwave on high for 1 minute.
Stir the mixture and microwave for another 1 minute. Repeat the process until the mixture becomes sticky and translucent (about 3 minutes total).
Dust a clean surface with cornstarch and transfer the mochi dough onto it.
Roll the dough into a log and cut it into 12 equal pieces.
Flatten each piece into a circle and place a small amount of chopped peach and a dollop of peach jam in the center.
Pinch the edges together to seal and shape into a ball.
Roll each mochi ball in cornstarch to prevent sticking.
Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Cooking Time: 10 minutes | Total Time: 25 minutes
Kcal: 110 kcal | Servings: 12 pieces

Less than 48 Hours to go until FightNight !
This will be my daughter Xxena’s second time attending with a Kickboxing Match. Her fights are pretty fun to watch😜, You’ll be on the edge of your seat the entire time.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our New Favorite Food Truck – SIDEICE

My kids and I love checking out food trucks, so when we heard there was a new shaved ice truck in town, we had to make our way to Food Truck Fridays to try SIDEICE— and WOW, we’re so glad we did!

Here’s my daughter Xxena’s official review:
"OMG! This is the ABSOLUTE BEST I’ve ever had!"
(And yes, I had to go back and tell the lady at the truck how much my kid loved it!)

Xxena chose lemon — her favorite, a flavour I typically avoid for myself — but even I was surprised at how delicious it was! refreshing, and not overly sweet or artificial. The serving size was massive, it caught the eye of everyone as we walked back to the truck. (she ate most of the top before I could even snap a photo!).

It came topped with whipped cream and a flavour drizzle, and the ice was smooth and creamy, not hard or gritty like typical shaved ice.

Every bite had great flavour all the way through — no bland spots. You could really tell care was put into it.

If you’re in Lethbridge and craving something cold, refreshing, and seriously good, I highly recommend checking out SIDEICE.

Most First Time Fears Stem from the mere thought of Dropping Ya Pantaloons For a Complete Stranger, Mixed With How Painful it Can Be. Being in Pain Can be an Extremely Vulnerable Situation Which is Why Choosing a Professional who is Compassionate, Understanding and Judgement Free: Can Improve Your Overall Experience So That You Aren’t Completely Traumatized.

I Often Hear so Many Stories on How their Last Place Traumatized Them to The Point they’ve Given Up on Their Waxing Goals. Which is why I have Made it An Active Decision to Specialize in Non Traumatic Brazilian Techniques, So that Those Who Have Been Previously Traumatized, Get a Second Chance at Achieving their Waxing Goals.

Not Only Do I Have My Techniques Planned Perfectly for Each Situation, but I also Only Use Hard Wax. Hard Wax Fully Encases the Hair as it Hardens and Minimally Adheres to The Skin, (Which is What Minimizes Pain and Skin Reactions)

First Time Waxes are Not on A Time Limit, that Way if You Need a Breather in Between Strip Pulls, It is Yours to Have. This Means no Rushing!

Most Maintenance Waxes take about 10-15mins Max, But I Never Expect a First Timer to Endure the Fast Track Since that’s Normally What Traumatizes the Person to Begin With.

I Cannot Guarantee that Your Wax will be Completely Pain-Free, but I Can Guarantee That You and I Will Work Through it Together as a Team. The Option to Tap Out Is Always On the Table, However in My 7 Years of Practice, I have Never had Anyone Utilize The Tap Out option, nor have I ever been kicked in the face, and I’m sure you won’t be the first 🤓😘

What is a Relaxation Pedicure?
Well firstly, all Relaxation Treatments are Silent Appointments. You’re more than welcomed to talk my ear off if you prefer, but my Default is to allow you to Fully Relax without the Sound of my Voice.

You’ll be laying face up on a massage bed, secured in a weighted blanket within the Candle/Insense Lit Room, Soft soothing/calming Melodies. An extended Foot/Leg Massage is what seals the deal on top of the nail and skin treatments with typical Pedicures.

I am a Relaxation Esthetician. Fully Trained, Educated and Professionally Qualified in Swedish Relaxation Massage Treatments Since 2016.

My Private Treatment Room is Located on the North side of Lethbridge. I accept Bookings until Midnight 7 Days a week Including Weekends and Holidays.
