With 3000hrs of school training and multiple post-graduate courses including CranioSacral Therapy, Soft Tissue Release Therapy (STR), Osteopathic Techniques, Infant/pediatric Massage, and Muscle Balancing; Infants to Athletes Massage Therapy will provide you the best opportunity to alleviate your symptoms and fix th

e problem. Infants to Athletes Massage Therapy provides direct billing through Telus Health and accepts insurance claims due to injury from a MVA. Therapies that I offer include but are not limited to:

Pediatric/Infant Massage, Sport Injury Rehabilitation
Pre/Post-natal Massage, Craniosacral Therapy
MVA Rehabilitation, Soft Tissue Release

This is a great piece of information and sums up some of the reasons why I don't look at posture as a source of pain. Our posture adapts and readapts minute by minute, day by day, and has a more neural component than a muscle being weak, short, tight, whatever the fancy terms practitioners are using today. Strengthening your back muscles will not pull your shoulders back, yet what's the first thing people get prescribed with "rounded shoulders"? If it's a strength issue in your back, maybe we should ask where and when your strength went. That seems more logical and a more serious concern to consider. Your posture is you, at that moment in time. It is your brain creating a safe environment for your body to move and work optimally.
