While attending physiotherapy you can expect to receive an initial assessment and subsequent treatment of physical symptoms and limited movement caused by injury, aging, disability or a medical condition. A physiotherapist will also educate you on your condition, its cause, and will then develop an individualized treatment plan. Starting at the very beginning of treatment your physiotherapist will teach you how to stay well and avoid future injury. Euro Physical Therapy is looking to hire a full-time, temporary, Office Manager/Administrative Assistant.
This job is Monday to Thursday, 8 am -5 pm.
Office Administration Duties
• Greet and assist visitors to the office
• Provide polite and professional communication
• Provide information by answering questions and requests
• Answer and direct phone calls
• Reply to email, telephone, or face to face inquiries
• Implement clerical duties and administrative processes
• Organize and schedule appointments
• Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning, etc.
• Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
• Order office supplies
• Generate reports
• Prepare and monitor invoices
• Maintain computer and manual filing systems
• Receive and sort the mail, pay bills
• Photocopy and print out documents
• Conduct data entry
• Monthly reconciliations
• Payroll

Clinic Duties
• Clean and sanitize cubicles regularly
• Removal of equipment from patient
• Laundry duties
- ensure sufficient towel and pillowcase supply

Job Requirements
• Great customer service skills
• Previous experience with accounting software preferred (Quickbooks, Account Edge, etc.)
