💟 Some days remind you how special this industry can be.
We had the incredible opportunity to host an educator from the massage therapy program at Lethbridge Polytechnic for a private training with our team — and honestly, the level of insight she brought us was next level.
Not just techniques.
Not just lymphatic drainage.
But years of real clinical knowledge, body mechanics, and the kind of perspective you rarely get access to in esthetics.
And the wild part… the day didn’t exactly start smoothly.
We arrived at the clinic to a broken heating unit and had to pivot fast. What was supposed to happen in the treatment rooms ended up transitioning into my living room instead — and somehow it made the whole experience even more personal and special.
We feel incredibly lucky Amy shared her knowledge with us, and we’re so grateful she rolled with the chaos and still gave us such a meaningful day of education.
What we learned is already shaping how we approach our facial treatments — and there’s more coming from this.
