This person experienced a traumatic event where she feared for her and her daughters lives.

What I see in this image is that fear now creeping down her chest and wrapping around her ni***es. Ni***es representing (to me) a form of life source and nurturance.
Like fear has a GRIP on her life force energy and is blocking the flow.

AI states that
In an energetic sense, an inverted ni**le can be associated with a sense of inwardness, protection, or potentially a blockage of energy flow. It may also signify a need to nurture and draw energy inward rather than projecting it outward.

Possible Energetic Interpretations:
Protection and Withdrawal:
The retracted ni**le could symbolize a desire for protection, shielding, or a need to withdraw from external stimuli.

Blockage or Stagnation:

We start digging in next week to return her body to a regulated state. We hope to release the fear trigger, unlocking the traumatic event from her nervous system and restore balance.
She is currently experiencing an inverted ni**le on the left side.
