Artist, Designer, Illustrator, Writer, Performer, Intuitive Counselor and Mindfulness Teacher. Constance remains a continuing education student at the University of Lethbridge. I love the outdoors, time hiking or snowshoeing in the mountains, the Sonoran Desert or my greatest love is time at the ocean. I am a huge believer in the significance of quality time for family and friends. Self-forgiveness is not letting yourself off the hook…
It’s giving yourself the chance to grow.

Kruddy wants to hold onto those moments—
to replay them, judge them, and stay stuck.

But Shnoogy reminds us of something powerful:

✨ Mistakes are a natural part of being human.
✨ You are allowed to learn.
✨ You are allowed to try again.
✨ You are still worthy of kindness—especially from yourself.
