Constance has worked, studied, and earned certifications and recognition as

Artist, Designer, Illustrator, Writer, Performer, Intuitive Counselor and Mindfulness Teacher. Constance remains a continuing education student at the University of Lethbridge. Her interests include Performing Arts, Philosophy, Creative Writing, Language and Indigenous Studies. I’m always learning, growing and expanding my knowledge and awareness
from the lessons and experiences life offers, and the shared wisdom of others. I love the outdoors, time hiking or snowshoeing in the mountains, the Sonoran Desert or my greatest love is time at the ocean. I am a huge believer in the significance of quality time for family and friends. I love doing Yoga, going to the gym, dancing with my Hunny, walking my dog Shnoogy, travel, learning, other cultures, time with friends, quiet time and a good book!
