Get to know our newest team member RMT Rachel Groenenboom!

"Born and raised in Lethbridge area, growing up playing basketball, being a 4-h member and actively involved in the community. In my spare time I enjoy hiking, running and spending quality time with family and friends.
I have successfully completed the massage therapy at the Lethbridge college, graduating with honours all while maintaining an active diploma in nursing and reflexology.
My philosophy: the body is capable of self healing if given the opportunity and appropriate resources. I aspire to help clients achieve their best in regards to health and wellness while educating and empowering them to take control of their health journey.
I have a passion for holistic wellness and an advocate for self-care. I believe you deserve to improve and preserve your health; on all levels."

Happy Tuesday everybody!
This week there has been news of loosening some restrictions 🙌 that being said, for us here at elevation things haven't quite released to the same level.
Please swipe to read the statement from our governing association, but until our associations state otherwise, the same rules and regulations apply for us here at the clinic to help keep us all safe and healthy!
This means masks will still be mandatory, and all of our normal protocols that you have experienced so far when coming to see us will still be in effect this far. This will be re-evaluated on July 10th and we will keep you all up to date as soon as we have more information!

As most of you know, I am heading back to the homeland of Manitoba in a short 2 weeks! That being said I want to make sure that all of my lovely clients are in the greatest of hands!
Our wonderful RMT Krystal will be stepping into my schedule full time, & her new schedule for April is now up and available for online booking!🙌
And as always we still have the dream team with Megan, Jessica and Kim! Their schedules are also available for online booking so make sure you snag a spot before the summer rush!

We have some news to share with all of you!.....
As some of you already know, this past year has been quite an eventful one for myself and my family. That being said I want to let all of my amazing clients officially know that I will be relocating back to Manitoba as of April 1st in order to be closer to our loved ones❤️
But never fear! Our INCREDIBLE team here at Elevation will still be in full swing at the clinic!
Over the next few weeks I'll be checking in with all of you to make sure I leave you with one of our amazing Massage Therapists , , , 🙌 and of course our amazing physio duo

As we've said before, one of the major changes to receive treatment is the requirement to present an original prescription/referral for recurring massage therapy treatment.

Our Story

Elevation Wellness began as an idea to incorporate not only body based treatments for physical well being, but including the all important mental health side of our wellness to create a full rounded program.

These days we don’t take enough time out of our day to ask ourselves “how am I doing today?”. That’s where we come in! Even if it is just for 30 minutes to 90, we are here for YOU. Taking care of your body and mind shouldn’t come as a chore, but as a welcomed gift. A gift to yourself because simply put, you deserve to be happy and healthy!

We also understand that it takes a certain level of trust to be fully comfortable with placing your health into the hands of a practitioner. That is why we would love to take the time to meet with you, talk about what you are looking for, and find a good fit for you and your own needs.
