Our Story

We are a local, women owned and operated small business. We are passionate about health, our planet and our local Southern Albertan community. We believe it is important to give back to the community that supports you and therefore we support our community whenever we can.

We aim to provide unique, high quality, environmentally responsible, clean foods. We are always looking for a better, cleaner, tastier product to put on our shelves. Healthy eating should be fun and delicious!!!

We feel that we have a responsibility to change how we produce, perceive and deal with waste. We encourage waste reduction and provide the opportunity to refill many different items including but (not limited to) Kombucha, shampoo, conditioner, hairspray, laundry detergent, household cleaners, bulk foods, Olive oil, balsamic vinegar, herbs and spices. We are part of 100 Companies That Care and donate monthly to participate in a larger initiative that donates a large amount of money to a local charity multiple times per year. We donate regularly to other local charities and events such as (but not limited to) Lethbridge Food Bank, Interfaith food bank, Feed the Need Boxes, Last Chance Cat Ranch, Lethbridge Humane Society, Lethbridge YWCA, and Woods Home Lethbridge. We feel blessed that we get to make choices that positively impact our local environment. When we have a choice, we aim to always choose better. If we can choose organic over conventional, we will. If we can choose glass over plastic, we will. We will choose no packaging over packed. Canadian over international. Albertan is better and Southern Albertan is best. We work tirelessly to provide our community with the best products possible. We are constantly thinking, changing, upgrading and refining who we are and what we do.
