Dreams (like hypnosis) are a mechanism for revealing memories and unresolved emotion and trauma. The content of our dreams arise from the subconscious mind, which makes up the greater part of our whole mind (~88%). Everything we think, feel and experience gets stored in the subconscious mind.

A good night’s sleep is essential for emotional and physical health 💤

There are 3 different types of insomnia: difficulty with initially falling asleep, known as primary insomnia; frequent and prolonged night-time awakenings, called middle insomnia; and waking up too early and being unable to fall back asleep, a condition known as terminal insomnia. Often linked to stress, anxiety and depression, all types of insomnia shorten the sleep cycle and affect our wellbeing.

Hypnosis for anxiety works by inducing a deep state of relaxation and using hypnotic suggestions to reprogram negative thought patterns, address underlying emotional issues, reduce stress and anxiety and promote restful sleep.
