The first Full Moon of the year arrives on Saturday January 3rd in Cancer, the sign of emotional safety, nourishment, and home.

This is not a moon for pushing forward.

It’s a moon that begins from within. An invitation to create an emotional foundation for the year ahead. The first Full Moon sets the emotional tone for everything that follows.

In Cancer, we are asked to release what we carried from last year, reconnect with our inner child, and consciously choose how we will emotionally care for ourselves as we move into the new year.

Myself and are hosting a deeply nourishing event called Inner Mystic at on the day of the full moon from 2 pm - 4 pm. Through guided movement, reflection, hands-on energy work healing, and somatic grounding, you’ll anchor a new emotional baseline for the year.

✨ Threads of Light: Libra New Moon Edition ✨

The sky is resetting under the Libra New Moon -- a cosmic recalibration into balance, harmony, and truth. Libra teaches us that real equilibrium isn’t about pretending things are fine when they’re not. True harmony can only exist when truth is present. That’s coherence.

Right now, the energy is potent for clearing old relationship dynamics and calling in new ones that actually reflect your frequency. The threads that once kept us bound to distortion are unraveling, and in their place, new light codes are weaving through the remembrance of who we truly are.

Each strand of our being, mind, body, and soul, is being rethreaded through truth as Pluto continues its work in Aquarius, dissolving illusion and illuminating authenticity. These threads of light are our sacred architecture, the pulse of Source that connects us through every breath, every heartbeat, every reflection of love.

As we evolve, authenticity becomes our harmony. Presence becomes our offering.

If July’s energy was about rewiring, August’s theme is alignment and authenticity. This is exponentially helped along by the Aquarius Full Moon that is reaching its peak tonight. This helps us come back to our authentic truth as this month is about soft strength, sacred systems, and showing up as your whole self.

The Full Moon in Aquarius illuminates our authentic contribution to collective healing. This innovative air sign brings light to how our unique gifts serve the greater good. Aquarian energy asks us to consider: How does my authentic expression contribute to positive change? What innovative solutions want to emerge through me? How can I honor both my individuality and my responsibility to community?

The follow up question may be, how does my body feel asking these questions? Does it immediately brace or feel fear? This can indicate that there are still some subconscious patterns or outdated programs impacting the degree to which you can be aligned in your authentic expression.

Worthiness is a tricky yet pervasive underlying pattern that is coming up more and more as people step into their power.

"Who am I to be making this kind of money?"

"Who do I think I am receiving these messages from the Universe?"

"How can I trust myself to correctly translate everything that I am feeling the urge to do?"

You see, trust and worthiness can come hand in hand in some of these patterns. I am not of value unless I prove myself. I can't trust that I can receive this without doing something to prove I am worth of receiving it. Oof. Do you feel that?

It's kind of like a twisted self-sabotage. I don't feel worthy of this and so I am not even going to try. But the kicker is everyone's worthiness glass ceiling - or the level of action of which they feel worthy of taking - is subjective and can vary depending on what the "thing" is.
