Worthiness is a tricky yet pervasive underlying pattern that is coming up more and more as people step into their power.

"Who am I to be making this kind of money?"

"Who do I think I am receiving these messages from the Universe?"

"How can I trust myself to correctly translate everything that I am feeling the urge to do?"

You see, trust and worthiness can come hand in hand in some of these patterns. I am not of value unless I prove myself. I can't trust that I can receive this without doing something to prove I am worth of receiving it. Oof. Do you feel that?

It's kind of like a twisted self-sabotage. I don't feel worthy of this and so I am not even going to try. But the kicker is everyone's worthiness glass ceiling - or the level of action of which they feel worthy of taking - is subjective and can vary depending on what the "thing" is.

Our Lumina event last Friday was connecting, expanding, engaging, and soul-filling. I am SO grateful for those that came to experience the event with Carly and I.

As you can see, I am not kidding when I say “hands-on” healing 😉

I am a 4/6 Emotional Manifestor in Human Design so I thrive in connection and community from an aligned and authentic space. Facilitating these types of events just lights me up!

A pain point that I often see in my clients is this feeling of people falling away as they’re going through these internal shifts. Contrary to popular belief, surrender is not a passive process 🎤

It is a softening required to recalibrate and receive in a flow state without resistance through a lens of control.

We’ve been conditioned to idolize the masculine traits of “getting stuff done”. Task lists, urgency, journey plotted out in a linear fashion. It can feel super uncomfortable to just allow.

Surrender is a feminine characteristic that through settling in to receive it allows for all the infinite possibilities. Because we’re not striving along plotted points, it expands our ability to bring forward options that otherwise may have been missed or blocked because it doesn’t follow the plan.

It is often misunderstood as a passive act of giving up, but in reality, it is a deeply active and intentional process.

True surrender requires courage, self awareness, and a conscious decision to let go of control in situations where force or resistance no longer serve a purpose. It invokes accepting reality as it is, rather than how we wish it to be, and choosing to trust in a larger process, whether that’s within ourselves, in relationships, or in the face of life’s uncertainties. This deliberate act of release can lead to clarity, growth, and transformation, making surrender a powerful and empowering choice rather than an act of weakness or defeat.

The resistance here can be from many layers of held beliefs and coping mechanisms. It’s not always as simple as “letting go” but questioning why it is so difficult to just allow.

Letting go and allowing is coming up a lot in sessions lately. I dive into layers held throughout space/time and frequency, the subconscious, and body integration in my sessions if you’re ready to dive in and bring awareness to your own resistance. 💫
