Immerse yourself in a deeply restorative experience that combines the soothing practice of Yin Yoga with the healing power of massage. In this tranquil class, you’ll settle into gentle, passive yoga poses held for extended periods, allowing your body to soften, open, and release deep-seated tension. As you surrender into stillness, Courtney Beck and her team of skilled massage therapists from Elevated Therapy will provide hands-on massage, enhancing relaxation, easing tightness, and supporting deeper stretching.
