Your practice can make a difference in a child’s life this December!

As we move into the season of giving, we are excited to share that all our December classes will be offered by donation, with 50% of the proceeds going to the Child Life Fund at the Chinook Regional Hospital through the CRH Foundation. .foundation

This fund provides comfort, support and therapeutic play for children and families during hospital visits and stays. Together, our hope is to make their holiday season a little bit brighter!

A huge heartfelt thank you to all our amazing instructors who generously donate their time and energy to lead these classes. is what we are all about!

So, whether you join to move, breathe, unwind, or simply give back, your presence makes a huge difference. Bring a friend, spread the word and let’s close out 2025 with cOMmunity and generosity.

Kids Yoga classes begin next week with .

These amazing classes are an exciting and fun way to introduce yoga to children and that is exactly how we think yoga should be for kids….. fun! Through games, adventures, stories, imagination and creativity, yoga and mindfulness are introduced and integrated. Yoga for kids provides learning tools for life, such as, belly breathing to calm the nervous system, practicing kindness and patience and so much more!

Did you know that CYI is a registered charity yoga studio?
We offer authentic yoga classes suitable for all practitioners of all levels.

Our studio aims to offer an experience, not just a class and integrate mind and body within a nurturing environment.

We are currently looking for passionate yoga instructors who would like to connect and join our team.

Please note, you must be a certified yoga instructor to apply for this position. We offer excellent compensation, and other benefits to all our instructors.
