Try this:
• Physiological sigh: inhale through the nose, short top-up inhale, long exhale
• Box breathing: inhale 4, hold 4, exhale 4, hold 4
• Extended exhale: inhale 4, exhale 6–8
Simple. Accessible. Effective.
