Diamond Nutrition Services is pleased to officially announce our newest member of the team; Alberto Lopez. A little about Alberto:

Dairy Nutritionist

Alberto joined Diamond Nutrition Services Ltd. in October 2023 and is responsible for providing technical support and ration balancing to customers. He was born and raised in Puerto Cortes, a beach-town in the north coast of Honduras. Alberto earned his BSc. in Agronomy/Animal Science from Zamorano University in Honduras. Thereafter, he moved to the U.S to obtain his MSc. in Animal Science from Penn State University in 2020. In April 2023, Alberto received his Ph.D. in Animal Biosciences from the University of Guelph investigating strategies to improve the transfer of passive immunity in newborn calves.

Alberto is also a member of the American Dairy Science Association and can be found attending annual meetings that support our industry.

Alberto spends his free time playing soccer and watching soccer games.
