Hey everyone,
Remember how I was sharing some things I've been trying to feel better with aches, pains, and the general aging stuff? Well, I've added something new to the mix that has honestly felt like a bit of a miracle for me, and I had to share!
On top of the gentle movement, good food, rest, and mindfulness, I've started wearing a phototherapy patch for about 12 hours a day. Now, I know it might sound a little unusual, but the science behind it is fascinating (it uses light to stimulate the body's natural healing processes), and the results I've been experiencing have been pretty incredible.
I've noticed a significant reduction in some of my persistent aches and pains, and I just feel more energetic and less "creaky" overall. It's like my body is just functioning more smoothly.
I'm still doing all the other good habits, but this patch seems to have amplified the positive effects in a way I wasn't expecting.
