This post is a bit different from my usual because I want to highlight the importance of post-competition recovery. These photos show Michelleâs incredible transformation from pre-show (left) to one month post-show (right).
Michelle is a perfect example of how reverse dieting can help maintain gains and prevent muscle loss after a strict competition prep. Weâre slowly increasing her calories and decreasing her cardio to ensure a healthy and sustainable recovery.
Remember, the journey doesnât end after the competition. Itâs about finding a balance that allows you to enjoy life while still achieving your fitness goals. đȘ
