✨ Happy Hour Yoga – Tonight ✨

Join me tonight for **Happy Hour Yoga**, a gentle yoga and meditation class created for people in recovery from substances, or anyone exploring a sober path.

This space is about slowing down, reconnecting with the body, and remembering that recovery can also include moments of peace, breath, and community.

The class will include gentle stretching, a short reading, optional sharing, and about 10 minutes of meditation near the end. No yoga experience needed — just come as you are.

🕊️ A calm alternative to traditional “happy hour.”
🤍 A space for connection and support.
🌿 One breath, one practice, one day at a time.

This class happens **the first Friday of every month**.

If you or someone you know is in recovery and looking for a supportive way to spend the evening, you’re warmly welcome.

It's happening! The stars have finally aligned for this class to happen. If you or someone you know has quit drinking or using and are looking for support and a place to rest, look no further.

This is not a traditional yoga class, nor is it an AA meeting. This is a space where we gather to connect with our bodies through gentle movement and stretching, while listening to good tunes. There will also be space for meditative contemplation and if Journaling is your thing, there's time for that too.

Mark April 3rd and then the First Friday of every month. Email or DM me to register. Space is limited. We're going to use a donation based system > pay what you can > if you can't pay that day > pay it forward that day.

All you need to participate is to be in recovery/sober from your DOC (we will have special dates for friends and family and sober-curious folks).
