Join me tonight for **Happy Hour Yoga**, a gentle yoga and meditation class created for people in recovery from substances, or anyone exploring a sober path.
This space is about slowing down, reconnecting with the body, and remembering that recovery can also include moments of peace, breath, and community.
The class will include gentle stretching, a short reading, optional sharing, and about 10 minutes of meditation near the end. No yoga experience needed β just come as you are.
