BIKINI GIRLS DIDN’T COME TO PLAY ⚡️

This past weekend at , our bikini babes showed TF up 👏

Swipe to see the lineup of well earned powerhouse wins: multiple Top 5 finishes, FIVE 1st place titles, and THREE brand new WNBF Bikini Pro cards.

Don’t let the sparkly suits fool you: this took 5 months of sweat, sacrifice, early lifts, meal prep, discipline, hours of posing practice and more than a few layers of spray tan 👀🩷

Also a special thanks to .ford for helping our bikini girls bring all the sass in their posing this season: the confidence on stage made all the difference 👙

CONGRATS TO OUR FIGURE GIRLIES and for absolutely dominating the stage this weekend at the

Physiques like this aren’t built overnight- they’re built through seasons of consistency, hard work, and trust in the process. These women have shown up with grit, grace, and a beyond coachable attitude every step of the way- both “on” and “off” prep. It’s been an absolute privilege to witness their growth and watch their dedication pay off 🩷

Here’s exactly what I’d do. 5 steps. Simple to say. Harder to do 😅

1️⃣Use a coach (hiiii 👋) or a legit TDEE calculator or past tracking experience to figure out how many cals my body needs to maintain my weight.

2️⃣I’d then create a small deficit: eating ~15% less than those maintenance cals. Example: Maintaining at 2000? Start with 1700. OH, and protein? I’d eat in “grams” what I want to weigh in pounds (if my goal weight = 150lbs → I’d aim for 150g protein).

3️⃣ I would begin to move more: tracking those damn steps. Taking my current daily average and adding 1,000. (If I currently walk 6-7K steps- I would aim for 8-9K now.)

4️⃣ Continue to lift something heavy. Resistance train 4-5x/week. Doesn’t have to be hours. 20–30 minutes of focused lifting is enough to make a difference.

5️⃣ I would say it out loud. Write my goal down and probably tell someone who actually gives a sh*t. Info is great—but accountability is a game-changer.

Easy in principle, harder in ex*****on 😘

It’s PEAK WEEK… and that means, my girls have already “won”.

Because the true wins don’t come on show day: the wins come during 5AM cardio, during road trips eating out of Tupperware, during meltdowns over posing routines, during the moments when no one is watching but you show up every day for the commitment you made months ago anyways (long after the desire to do it is over).

Prep builds beautiful bodies- it also builds unstoppable character ❤️
