I channel Universal Life Force Energy through me and into you to promote healing, health, happiness and harmony. I work with the Creator of all that is for the highest and greatest good for all. I can communicate with your unseen council to assist you in changing your life. I offer distance or in person sessions. Reiki practitioners draw energy from the universal life force and channel it through their hands into the receiver. Reiki practitioners use energy to clear blockages and help the body regain its natural energy flow. Reiki effects are not always quick or obvious, though they can be instant and dramatic. Reiki practitioners use different hand positions on the seven chakras, which treats the physical body and the energy flow to organs and through the chakras. Using Reiki regularly can revitalize you and bring you to a place of acceptance. Reiki session $60 (1hour)
Thetahealing involves using thought and prayer to put your brain into a 'theta' state. The healer uses intuition and connection to the Creator of all that is, to bring about positive change, change beliefs and promote healing. Using the seven planes of existence meditation technique to connect to the higher power we can then command the change being requested. Thetahealing session$75 (1hour)
Energy cleansing for homes-
This involves a meditation in your home where Universal life force energy is used to clear, cleanse and balance the energy in your home Session $35 (30mins)
Balancing you and your home- This involves a mini reiki type session for you and the process described above for your home. Session $60
Distance healing sessions are available. Can be done over the phone, messenger, text, whatever way you feel comfortable. The same ideas apply for the sessions but they would just be done in a meditation with you in the comfort of your home and me in mine. For distance sessions it would be $10 off the regular price of the session

**Occasionally crystals, oils and cards are used during sessions. I use what I feel guided to use for your highest and greatest good. I teach hoop classes to enable you to enhance your mind, body and spirit connection. I use my hoop as a form of meditation, dance and self expression.
-Individual hoop lessons $20 hour
-Hoop parties $10 per person (adults or children) Hoops provided
Individual sessions involve a centering warm up session, different moves based on your skill level, teaching you about the flow of movements and a gentle cool down. Hoop parties offer the same basic lay out for the lesson. I have a criminal record check and a CWIS check for children's parties. I bring the hoops, teach the kids and we have fun. ;)
Adult parties same idea hopefully with bevvies.
