Today I got a message that stopped me in my tracks.

A former student..
Thankful for being pushed.
Certifications in hand.
Confidence built by a number of educators besides myself.
On the road to interviews — ready.

And it reminded me of something important:
This work has never been about money. It’s never been about numbers, hours, or filling seats.

It’s about this moment.
It’s about watching someone go from doubting themselves to walking into a spa with their head high, their skills sharp, and their future wide open.

I do this because students deserve more than being pushed through a system.

Proper sanitation protects clients, students, practitioners, and the integrity of the industry as a whole. For this reason, sanitation and disinfection training is mandatory in all of our programs.

Every service performed in a spa or clinic involves close contact, shared tools, and potential exposure to bacteria, fungi, viruses, and bloodborne pathogens. Without correct sanitation protocols, even routine treatments can pose serious health risks. Our programs ensure students understand not only how to sanitize, but why each step is critical.

We require sanitation education because it:
