Congratulations to Team ASAP who are high school provincial robotics champions and now off to worlds at Houston, Texas in April. They have a 2024-25 provincial best record of 26-1, set the current provincial highest score, and won the Inspire Award. There are over 100 other teams in their division.

Stress fractures and Vitamin D!
During winter months in Southern Alberta we see an increase in our patients developing stress fractures to their feet. Why is this? Major cause is lack of Vitamin D. During these winter months when the sun isn’t out it’s hard to get the right amount of Vitmain D to promote bone health.
So during these winter months be sure to increase your Vitamin D intake. Whether it be through supplements or foods.
This will help get you through till our spring/summer seasons arrive and we can all get back outside!
