I would like to thank the clients of Levack IDA Pharmacy for the kind messages about my retirement. The people of Onaping Falls have all made me feel part of this wonderful community that you live in. I could not think of a better place to wind up my career.

I feel that I should share a few thoughts that I have with all of you. First, I must mention that I have a long time connection to this community, even though my home is in Azilda. Frank Palumbo, one of Levack's first pharmacists, was instrumental in my becoming a pharmacist in the first place. His son Mark, also a pharmacist, is a close friend of mine to this day along woth the late Mickey Brunelle. John Branch, who worked here after Frank retired, was my receptor as I served my apprenticeship as a new graduate.

I have to thank the amazing staff at the pharmacy for putting up with me over all of these years. Levack is very fortunate to have a group of dedicated individuals doing what is needed to look after your needs.

Lastly, I know Amanda will do an amazing job carrying on the rich history of her predecessors. Onaping Falls is quite fortunate to have this group of dedicated individuals.

It was so nice to see so many people come out to acknowledge Norm's 50 years of exceptional care to the communities of Onaping Falls, Azilda & beyond. To say he has made an impact is an understatement! Wishing him all the best as he begins this new chapter.

It is with mixed emotions that we share that our beloved pharmacist, Norm Grillanda, is retiring at the end of April. Norm has been a community pharmacist since 1976. His exceptional knowledge, care, compassion, and dedication to his profession has lead him to a truly remarkable and distinguished career.
We invite the community of Onaping Falls to bid farewell and offer well wishes on a well-deserved retirement on Wednesday April 29th. We look forward to seeing you!
