Help us add a splash of colour to our town this season with beautiful hanging baskets! 🌺

The Town of Lewisporte is excited to once again offer our annual Hanging Basket Program, all the details are below on how to particpate.

📢April 19-25 marks National Volunteer Week, and the Town of Lewisporte would love to hear from our residents!📢

Volunteers play an important role in shaping our community, and their efforts often make a lasting impact in ways both big and small. We are inviting you to share your story! Has a volunteer made a difference in your life or in our community? Have you experienced the impact of volunteering firsthand? Whether it is a moment that stood out to you or an ongoing contribution that deserves recognition, we would love to hear about it.

From now until Wednesday, April 15, please submit your stories by email to admin@lewisporte.ca.

During National Volunteer Week, we will be sharing stories on the Town’s page to celebrate and recognize the incredible contributions of volunteers in Lewisporte. Individuals who submit a story will be entered into a draw for a $50 gift card. The draw will take place on April 24.

To our businesses that took part in The Great Lewisporte Bunny Trail, the bunny thanks you for helping the kids find the lost items and providing fun and prize draws for participants.

Thanks to one and all who helped the Easter Bunny find his lost items and dropped by to enjoy loot bags, pancake breakfast and, of course, a photo with the bunny!

Spring is in the air and it's time to start thinking about seeds, dirt and gardening!
Applications for the Lewisporte Community Garden are now available and will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis starting April 21, 2026.

Public Council Meeting
Please be advised that there will be a Public Council Meeting tonight starting at 7:00 P.M.

The meeting will be live-streamed on Facebook. Doors will open at 6:50 P.M. for those who would like to attend in person.

The Great Lewisporte Bunny Trail is about to get under way!
Here are the clues to all the places the Bunny stopped and lost some of his things from his basket.... solve the riddles, stop by the businesses and enter your name at each location for a chance to win the prize!
Hop by the Lewisporte Firehall between 10 am and 1 pm to see the Easter Bunny, get a loot bag and enjoy a pancake breakfast (while supplies last)
