UPDATE: June 8th, we move to Alert Level 3 in our province if all goes well. I am preparing to open but unsure of the exact day. I am waiting on essential items to open safely.
There are significant changes to the clinic, lots of rules and regulations as we move into this new level.
1) There will be no walk in appointments, scheduled appointments ONLY at this time. To arrange an appointment you must call to book. Door will be locked while providing services.
2)Patients will have to wait in vehicle as there will be no waiting area available.
3)You must wear a mask upon entering building. It is mandatory. Surgical or homemade. If you need assistance, helper must wear a mask as well. Once situated, helper will have to wait in vehicle until appointment has ended. No children allowed.
4) Patient will have to sign a Covid-19 form upon entering.
5) Temperature will be taken upon entry.
6)Hand Sanitizer will be provided upon entry.Hands to be washed upon entry and exiting.
7) Items such has handbags should not be on your person.
8 ) No drinks or food allowed.
9) Debit will be available and exact cash only.
10) No Public Washroom Available
11) If you have ANY flu like symptoms
eg) a runny nose due to allergies, etc. You will Not be seen. Appointment will have to be rescheduled for a later date.
12) If you have travelled outside the province or live with someone that has travelled. You will be asked to reschedule appointment for 14 days after.
I will be wearing Full PPE- facial shield, mask, gown and gloves.
Due to all the measures put in place and extra sanitizing needed to keep everyone safe, time constraints will be an issue. I will be seeing less patients per day.
I will be calling patients in the next few days, in the order they were cancelled back in March to be fair. I will not be accepting new patients at this time unless you were scheduled prior to the pandemic.
Your patience and understanding at this trying time is much appreciated. It will take a few weeks to get back on track.
***I will not be providing Private Home Visits at this time. Patients will have to schedule a Clinic appointment. ****
