Hello!!

Just an update that the Full Moon Sacred Fire Ceremony for tonight is a go!

It might be a good idea to wear boots, as there is still a bit of snow and mud around the area. It’s not too bad, but it’s a bit wet.

Good morning everyone!

I hope everyone is well and safe after our storm yesterday.

I still plan to do the Sacred Fire ceremony tonight. I’m hoping the warm weather will melt any ice that remains on my driveway and the path to the fire.

I understand it may not work out for some of you to still come to the full moon Sacred Fire ceremony tonight. I will offer another one, it will most likely be in the summer the next time I do. So if you miss out tonight, there will be another opportunity to join in then!

I’ll post an update this afternoon if things change!

Happy New Year!

I hope this new year is starting out well for everyone. I wish you all a year of good health, happiness, love and joy 🥰

We are back to regular classes this month!

If you are interested in joining in, and haven’t received your email with the link, let me know!

The schedule for classes is:

Monday 6h00-7h00 pm- chair yoga
Monday 7h15-8h15 pm- meditation

Tuesday 5h45-7h00 pm- hatha/yin
Tuesday 7h30-8h45 pm- yin/restorative

Thursday 9h30-10h45 am- gentle hatha/yin

All classes are online with Zoom.

The monthly membership this month is $25, since we are starting later and I will be off for one week in January as well.

Who is Vie Yoga

Vie Yoga and Crystal Shamanic Healing was established in 2014. We are located in the village of Limoges, Ontario. I am a certified yoga teacher offering yoga classes in Limoges for families, teens and adults. My Yoga studio offers a quiet and comfortable atmosphere to help unwind and rejuvenate. I am also a certified Crystal Shamanic Healer offering healing sessions that uses different tools, including crystal layouts, journeying, chakra balancing, energy work and more, that help access the subconscious, allowing the opportunity for your body, mind and soul to heal itself.

My goal is to help you find inner peace. I aim to help you along your journey. Whether I am teaching yoga, leading meditations, hosting the psychic development circle, doing oracle card readings, offering workshops or doing crystal shamanic healing sessions, I want to help you become your true self. Once you are happy with who you are, you will find that peace, that so many of us find elusive these days.
