I’ve been playing in my shadows more than ever lately; witnessing & welcoming the shame, the sorrow, the pleasure, the untapped rage & sexuality, the grief, the survival patterns and old ways of being.

Surrendering to spirit; communing with the trees. Allowing the messages to come through. Allowing my bodies wisdom to unravel, each shake, tremble and quiver at a time.

Facing the pain, the darkness; layer by layer I un-tap different aspects and parts of myself that have kept me safe. The parts of me that have been met with deep shame. Shame for how I had to survive and disconnect to cope & get through.

The fawning & people- pleasing, the self-abandonment, destructive behaviours, seeking validation; deeply desiring to be ‘loved’ & seen.

Claiming the deep layers of hurt, pain and resentment that have never been expressed.

Making space for expansion, love, trust, acceptance, forgiveness, abundance, magnetism & so much more.

I know this journey of reclamation well; as I walk it with deep reverence again and again.

Welcoming each part of my soul; each part of me back home. Pulling me closer to my truth & authenticity one layer at a time.

The fcking amazing thing about this is… my souls purpose is to help people like you walk through the fires. Witnessing the deep unseen layers of your pain & story; truly seeing and feeling you.

So if you’re sick of looking like you have it all together on the outside; but shattering on the inside, riddled with anxiety, lack of confidence, filled will overwhelm, surviving & just straight up disconnected from your tension-filled body.

Community, Connection & Celebration

On August 28th, we’re gathering at Kindred, a community focal point to honour the beautiful humans that makes Nourish Your Soul what it is.

Enjoy an evening of local vendors, soulful offerings, and heartfelt connection; from hand-crafted ceramics and up-cycled fashion and winter-wear, to intentional jewelry, vibrant florals, and natural energetic products; plus a special sacred medicine offering 🫶

I truly couldn’t have done this work without your trust, commitment and standing tall through the darkness & also a little dancing and fun along the way too.

Without darkness, there is no light!

I’m so grateful to be able to share & give back. I am grateful for this life I’ve cultivated. It’s what I always desired for myself.
