Common Sense Health

Common Sense Health Certified Nutritional Consulting with a focus on healthy eating. Helping people help themselves through education and guidance.

The foods that we eat nourish our cells and help create new cells in our body that affect our organs. The organs affect how we feel and how healthy we are. Our body is constantly repairing and trying to stay healthy. I like to help people help themselves. By educating them what is healthy for the body. Even more than just fruits and vegetables. I believe that for some people it is important to eat differently than for others. I am familiar with being vegan, vegetarian, gaps and many more eating styles. I teach about healthy bacteria and the need for balance in life. Some of my influences and teachings come from the following sources. Dr. Joel Fuhrman
