Start your day with this 5-minute morning flow to awaken your body and mind! ✨

1️⃣ Cat-Cow Pose – Warm up the spine

2️⃣ Downward Dog – Stretch and energize

3️⃣ Low Lunge – Open the hips

4️⃣ Standing Forward Fold – Ground and release tension

5️⃣ Mountain Pose – Stand tall and set your intention.

Yoga Tip 🧘🏻 Enhancing Your Downward Dog

Struggling with your Downward Dog? Try these alignment tips to make it feel more spacious and comfortable:

✔️ Bend your knees slightly to lengthen your spine (especially if your hamstrings are tight).
✔️ Press through your fingertips and engage your arms to take pressure off your wrists.
✔️ Relax your neck—let your head hang between your arms.
✔️ Engage your core to prevent excessive arching in your lower back.
✔️ Feet hip-width apart and heels reaching toward the ground (they don’t need to touch!).
