❤️Crash-a-versary❤️
A word that you wonder if you want to celebrate or not. Let me give you my opinion.
Today is 10 years. I know how life changing, physically and mentally, it is to be in a traumatic accident. Regardless of the extent of your injuries, regardless of how much you have accomplished, I want you to celebrate.
Celebrate that you are still here to tell the story. By sharing your story, you educate others. This can be by preventing them from driving irrationally, this can also be assisting others in your situation. What you go through, what you feel, what you think....it's important to share. Someone is trying to understand what or how to take their next step. They are struggling. Please help them.
If you are the one needing the help, reach out. We are a group of people who are connected to so many in the same situation. Let's chat. Don't be afraid to message me.
Going towards that dark hole is very difficult to turn away from. Let us help you find light.
Life is different...that's not going to change. How can life now be enjoyed in your current situation? This is now your focus.
Crashaversary. Celebrate every little thing you accomplish. It's not easy. We know! We will celebrate with you.
