Feels Powerful!
As I pulled my Tarot Card read for 2025 this year, my Main Theme was "The Mentor." And as I sat back & thought about the many layers of the archetype, I marveled at the lives I've been able to assist along their path, as well as the many mentors who have guided me & even those mentors still to come.
Each year, I take new trainings & work with different coaches in regards to the things that are arriving in my life as lessons & awakenings.
Last year I worked with corrective exercise coaches, fitness coaches, kinesiologists, therapists, massage therapists & lightworkers; I even worked with a poet on Creating Your Dreams Alive through art & creativity. And each of these amazing beings helped lift me to places I couldn't have or wouldn't have on my own.
I am always astounded with the success that comes though me every time I am held in one of these loving containers. The beauty that I wouldn't be connecting to or reaching on my own... because no matter how much work we do, we are still alive & breathing, learning, growing & evolving. I honestly feel like everyone needs a coach, that anyone who wants to elevate or transform their lives needs a coach. An ally who is there just for them.
Partners & friend are wonderful, but a coach gets to see you in a different light, & their only job is to help you elevate yourself to to where you say you want to be. To co-create success strategies, hold you accountable, give you new ideas insights, healing & light-bulb moments, to hold you, cheer for you & be able to see the places that you can't in yourself. They hold your vision & belief in your success even when you yourself may waiver... they never give up on you, they cheer you on, champion you, celebrate your wins with you & re-evaluate the challenges beside you.
They are a true ally in this life... that I am forever grateful for.
I believe as the hero's of our own story, we all need that guide along the way, to help us step genuinely into our main character energy & life.
For 2025 I already have two new coaches hired, for different areas of my life I'm ready to focus on & I'm genuinely so STOKED. They are my jet fuel, my secret weapon, my power-boosters.... & I feel so safe, held & excited for this journey with them.
I find in life I am always presented with the right coach at the right time. And I can feel out very intuitively who's right for me & at what time in my life I am meant to journey with this person. For me, some of my coaches are long term coaches, that I work with steadily on an almost daily basis, & others I'll work with weekly or monthly. Some coaches are there for a season of my life... a certain lesson, or reason, while others are steady standby's.
I know I get to play many of these roles too in people's lives.
I have many clients who come to me for specific parts of their journey, certain reasons, or challenges to overcome, & then I have others where I'm a steady support, or "in their back pocket" for when they are in need. Whoever I get to be in your life, please know that I am so deeply honoured. For I know the love, respect & reverence I have for my coaches & mentors. They have been my guiding light in the storm helping me come home to me. And I love that I get to be that too for you.
It is one of the jobs I came here for & am meant to do.

GROUP HOLISTIC LIFESTYLE COACHING
Resolve to Evolve ...
A 10 week, in person evening group class, that takes you on a personal life coaching journey. Together we sit down to connect, moving through Holistic Success Strategies for living a healthy vital life, that's in alignment with your personal dreams & goals.
We identify your BIG DREAM & get really clear on it, or identify the nightmare that you know you want away from... then move through how to create balance in our lives, what aspects need our attention & where we are pretty steady, creating a personal plan for success. Each week we have homework assignments & then share our answers, wins & challenges at the next class. It builds beautiful tribe & deep connection. We explore conscious choices & action, & learn about how to support our physical bodies as we grow, creating a truly strong foundation to build our dreams upon.
Building the foundation is key... without the foundation, we run the risk of our dreams & energies getting lost, or never taking form, because they are untethered. And no matter how beautiful the "top rooms" may be, if the foundation is crumbly, the house will fall. So building the foundation to support our dream is the goal.

I am deeply blessed with my gifts & all the offerings I share through my healing work.
