Notice the change in times to Tuesdays classes.
Align ✨ float through this practice. Expanding asana knowledge, growing your mind-body connection. Building onto movement, and exploring postures. Suitable for all levels, props available for support. Focus is on your own body, on your own mat. Align will challenge you to connect with your own practice.
Tuesdays from 6-7pm, this class is not heated.
Warm Relax ✨ This is a heated practice that utilizes props to support the body, while promoting rest and restore both mentally and physically. Hanging out in restorative postures for extended periods of time, the room is candle lit, the music is soft, the vibe is immaculate.
Tuesdays 7:15-8:15pm, this is a beautiful practice that will leave you feeling renewed.
Warm Stretch ✨ Think gentle Hatha meets Restorative, spend the first half of the class warming the body and the later half relaxing it into deep stretches the nourish the body and soul. This practice is suitable for all levels of yogis, and wonderful way to spend the evening.
Thursdays 7-8pm, enjoy the movement at a slower pace that works itself into non-movement and relax.
