Concussions and Traumatic Brain Injuries (TBI) can affect a person in a multitude of ways, from physical limitations to changes in perception and cognition.

One very common dysfunction following a concussion is with vision, termed Post-Concussion (or Traumatic) Vision Syndrome 👀

Following a concussion or TBI, there is often a miscommunication between the eyes and the brain, causing symptoms like blurred vision, light sensitivity, headaches, or reading difficulty.

Congratulations on graduating from the vision development and training program Max!

Max came into our clinic struggling with double vision and headaches. He had difficulties seeing the smart board at school clearly.

They might not even realize they're seeing the world differently. That's why regular eye exams for infants and children are so important! 🧒👁️👶 Make sure they can see both near and far, and that their eyes are working together smoothly.

Why does it matter?
